Current facilities ACVJ distributed as follows:

 

• 420m2 for offices.

• 1,810 m2 for two storage halls for consumable supplies.

• 6,200 m2 for storage and shipping center of fruit.

• 4,200 m2 for fruit Calibration Center.

• 5,500 m2 for fruit packing center.

• 1,800 m2 for Distillery.

• 750 m2 of Almazara.

• 500 m2 for ancillary services supply, transformer, machine rooms cold production, waste treatment and purification, scales, etc.

 

 

 

Central storage and dispatch of fruit.

It has the following services:

- Six tunnels quenching fruit. Approximate capacity: 900 m3.

- Five cameras 0Cº positive storage temperature. Approximate capacity: 8,250 m3.

- Four areas 12Cº temperature refrigerated fruit handling. Approximate capacity: 9,900 m3.

- A zone unrefrigerated for handling fruit: 1.200 m2.

 

 

Calibrated fruit center.

It has the following services:

- Two lines of hydro-cooling of palletized fruit. Capacity: 40.000kg / hour.

- Two cameras 0Cº positive storage temperature. Approximate capacity: 4,600 m3.

- A large area 12Cº temperature refrigerated handling and digital calibration of fruit. Approximate capacity: 12,000 m3. In this area they are located three lines automated digital calibration fruit.

 

 

 

Fruit packaging center.

It has the following services:

- Three cameras 0Cº positive storage temperature. Approximate capacity: 3,100 m3.

- Two lines of hydro-cooling fruit without pallets. Capacity: 20,000 kg / hour.

- A large area 12Cº temperature refrigerated handling and packaging of fruit. Approximate capacity: 20,000 m3. In this area they are located 24 lines of semi-automated packaging of fruit.
